▶ Finally finished making my friend’s birthday present

He’s an online friend that I’ve known for around six years now and although we haven’t spoken much recently, he’s really important to me (even though he was the annoying noob who I hated back when we first met).  Ends up he’s moved really close to me too which is really weird.  I’ve never met him before but when he asked me to crochet him a cute birthday present after telling him I’d made something for my friend once before, I couldn’t say no.

I used a couple of free patterns online for the maplestory slime and the peas in a pod (did a lot of mixing up to get the end result) and I’m pretty happy how things have turned out considering this is only my second project. Shame I got his birthday wrong and this is going to arrive a month late though.

Hoping he won’t notice how shoddy of a job I did with attaching on the parts, first time I’ve ever used a glue gun. Man those things are amazingly handy!  Either way I’m pretty satisfied and I hope he enjoys the month late present.
